PROGRAMMES & CLASS SCHEDULE

  • KIDS programme

    Our kids programme offers a range of classes to cater for all age groups. From ages 5-8yrs & 9+yrs. Our classes focus on having fun whilst learning fundamental Jiu Jitsu techniques and improving cognitive, social and physical skills. Our classes are designed to encourage focus, discipline, perseverance, independence and confidence.

  • Fundamentals Programme

    Our Fundamentals programme runs through a 16 week continious cycle covering the fundamental techniques of Jiu Jitsu. Throughout the 16 weeks we focus on understanding basic movement patterns, the philosophy behind techniques and how to implement them during live training. This programme is designed for those with little to no experience of Jiu Jitsu.

  • Advance Programme

    Our Advance Programme is for those who have a solid foundation, we offer a more challenging advanced class, where we teach higher level techniques and complex sequences, allowing you to take your game to the next level. We also integrate more positional sparring and live rolling, enabling you to put your knowledge to practice. *White belt 3 stripe up.
